Group Indoor Training
We use a variety of equipment to reach our fitness goals. From our bodyweight to free weights, bands and steps, weighted balls, ropes, and TRX bands, we've got what it takes to make our workouts effective and fun. No two workout days are ever the same!
Group Outdoor Training
Unique to our program is our location in beautiful Rohner Park where we can utilize the grounds and be outdoors! Figure 8 course is uphill and down through trails in the redwoods. The mile course is charted around the center Little League fields. The bleachers in the Rodeo grounds are excellent natural Stairmasters! Only to list a few!
