Here at Results Fit Camp we have it all!

Traditional calisthenics such as push-ups, lunges, squats, circuit training, running, squat jumps and other high-intensity aerobic bodyweight movements.

Strength and endurance using dumbbells, TRX (suspension bodyweight training), ropes to climb and the unique setting of our lovely park where we use the beautiful outdoors, figure 8 course, bleachers & other park grounds.

The camaraderie people experience during our workouts keeps our clients engaged and motivated in a unique way. Neither age nor weight is a disqualifier when it comes to our workouts which are designed to be modified with everyone’s fitness level. You work to your own potential staying within your abilities.

I have 18 years experience training and working with clients at Results Fit Camp. 

I am ace certified since 2005, Yoga Certified since 2015 and most recently earned my nutritional Certification! I am dedicated to the Health and Fitness journies of myself and my clients.
